At Cadence Academy of Music, we strive to make tuition payment flexible to accommodate different families’ needs. All lessons must be paid in advance, as we compensate our teachers for their time.

  

Payment options are:

• Pay-Per-Trimester (16 classes) – This is our preferred option to support student continuity and goal progression. Families receive a discount compared to the monthly rate. Students may enroll at any time; tuition will be prorated based on the start date.

• 🕓 Trimester tuition must be paid before the trimester begins. A $15 late fee will apply to any payment made after the communicated due date (typically 10-15 days prior to the start of the trimester).

30 mins (16 lessons): $864 for the Trimester ($32 saving, $54/30 mins)

45 mins (16 lessons): $1216 for the Trimester ($32 saving, $76/45 mins)

60 mins (16 lessons): $1600 for the Trimester  ($32 saving, $100/1 hour)

Trimester Dates:

  First 2026 Trimester: Dec 14, 2025 – Apr 25, 2026

• Second 2026 Trimester: Apr 26, 2026 – Aug 15, 2026

• Third 2026 Trimester: Aug 16, 2026 – Dec 12, 2026

• Pay-Per-Month – Families may choose to pay monthly based on the number of scheduled lessons in that month. A $15 late fee will apply to any payment made after the 30th of the prior month.

30 mins: $56 (For example: 4 lessons/month: $224)

45 mins: $78 (For example: 4 lessons/month: $312)

60 mins: $102 (For example: 4 lessons/month: $408)

 

• Annual Registration Fee: $65 (nonrefundable)

• Cadence Club Membership covers the $65 annual registration fee. It is optional and nonrefundable

• Books and materials are not included in tuition

Thanksgiving Break: Nov 23 - 28, 2026
